OK, I am looking for some specialised advise regarding my mortgage. Basically, I am in a strange setup whereby I live with my nan, granddad, mum and brother and sister. !We moved into the house in June 2006 when the house was worth £295,000. !My nan and granddad put down £245,000 cash and we arranged a £50,000 mortgage.…

Yes, thats certainly an option, but living where they currently are is preferable and if it is feasible, will be the best option.
