CSA falkirk

Iv recieved some info about my ex that I wanted to tell my case worker in the criminal compliance section at falkirk.
I have 3 landline numbers and each one is dead, plus the mobile number I have is dead also.
Have they shut this office down???

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Hope so, it's this bunch of muppets that made massive mistakes in our case, leading to an 'incorrect' £34,000, LO, CCJ, and charge on our house.

Hope they've shut it for good, maybe Animal blew up Gonzo, Fozzy and Kermit!!

I ended up calling that number but it doesnt direct you to the falkirk office its to a call centre in england.
It was my case worker in falkirk I wanted to talk too.
But seems by talking to the call centre that apparently nothing has been done with my case since 2004. When since then I have had the legal enforcement team give me a case worker who I always deal with and she has a case built up to sent to court. But according to the system I dont have a caseworker.
So unsure where to go from here as I cant contact her and the call center dont have a number for her either!!!

Presumably you explained to the call handler that you had information about your ex you wanted to give the CSA.

What was her response, did she record it on your file? in the contact log? Did she arrange a call back?

    what happened?

She said she cant take any info of me but will get someone to contact me within 48 hours. But seeing as nothing is on my file I dont think anything will get done about it. So really need to talk to the woman who is dealing with my case as she knows my case inside out and I know this info will affect the court case

She arranged a call back. Sounds entirely reasonable to me.

In my many dealings with the csa (im a compliant NRP) ive experienced this.

I would give them the 48 hours go get in touch.

If they dont get back to you then its probably best that you do two things:

    1) Lodge a complaint that they failed to carry out the call back;

    2) Write with full written details of all the new information you have on your ex, state that you wish them to acknowledge recipt of your letter. You could even send the letter recorded delivery.

It is very very rare that any csa businesses needs to be conducted by telephone, usually by post is perfectly adequate if it isnt possible to communicate via phone.

    Karen no joking

Looking through my DP files i think they have "portakabin" offices outside their Falkirk office. Ill see if i can dig it out for you.

    Maybe too cold for them
