Sealed Pot #671 :A DFW Nerd #11850 -
I have just discovered this thread, its great.
I especially love the save £365 in 365 days challenge i'm definitely going to do that next year you could buy half of next with that in the sales.
I also might do some of the weight loss challenges as i'm on a bit of a health binge at the moment.
Im doing this this year too, how are you getting on? mine is sealed so havent counted, but have managed to put £2 in a few days so its going well!
started this year determined to sort myself out and change my mindset, and everyone on here has been brilliant - have totally changed the way I think and how I shop etc and have noticed a big difference on one month, so thank you all!:T xxx0 -

No Spend Days are a good idea. It is tooo easy for me to spend more than I planned when I visit Tesco despite of the fact that over a many years of going there that they employ impossible pricing to thrawt moneysaving wannabes like us. I am just browsing the ideas and like the idea of getting to be part of this vibrant and friendly community. I live on Benefits, live in Supported Housing 50% of folks here have what's known as problems and one jolly well needs to live a life that overcomes all the multiple odds + unjust cuts that are arrayed against us whilst the bankers get away with !!!!ing murder.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

There are so many ways the evil !!!!ers try to get us to spend. Psychological subliminals in ads and intrusive ads you can't avoid are just one evil one has to try to minimise. So maybe another question. How does have NSD's AND get stuff one needs/wants and have good taste ON A BUDGET!!! poor in my books does not have to be bad as I spend all my life avoiding the perils of Dostoevskian type poverty.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
