First day of entering today - and wasnt sure what to do to grab a prize. Was clicking everywhere on anything until I realised what I had to do!! Managed to get a pink pen. Thanks OP.

I had this problem yesterday. You have to click the swirly symbol on the right hand corner. It then flips the card and you need to press 'Grab it Now'. Providing it hasn't already been grabbed by another person, you then get a screen saying congratulations.

I didn't realise you had to be in a company to win.... oh no! Never mind

I eventually won a pen today. I run a business from home so hope that counts especially as its my only win of September so far.

I think they should re-do this comp and make it VERY clear that it is OFFICE WORKERS ONLY. It should have been on the front page, not in the small print. I hope actual office workers wont miss out.
