100-a-day Giveaway Terms

1. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”) and Republic of Ireland (“ROI”) (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
2. Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of: the Promoter; any agencies involved with the promotion; and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
3. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Promotion starts on Monday 20th September 2010 and final closing date to enter promotion is Friday 24th September 2010.
5. How to enter – entry is via online only. To enter the promotion, entrants must visit https://www.jetstreamcircus.com and follow the instructions.
6. All visitors to the promotional website will be given the opportunity to win a prize by clicking on the giveaway of their choice. It is a first come first served basis and when all 100 items per day have been grabbed, all new entries will be directed to other promotional areas of the website.
7. A message will reveal whether or not the entrant has been successful. If the entrant is a winner, the winner should receive their giveaway within 30 days. Tomorrow’s Business Ltd will forward all winning entrants data to the supplier for their own onward fulfilment.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. All entries become the property of the Promoter and the National Office Week partners.
9. The winning applications are won on a first come first served basis. Only one per person is permissible per promotion (over the 5 day period). Duplications, will be extracted and the giveaway released onto the site again.
10. No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize in whole or in part is non-transferable.
11. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or use of any prize.
12. The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
13. The personal details of entrants will be used solely for the distribution of prizes and in order to make winners’ names and cities available for public inspection and not for future direct marketing purposes. The names and counties of prize winners will be available by sending a SAE to: Tomorrows Business Ltd, Creative Media Centre, 45 Robertson Street, Hastings, TN34 1HL. However, to register for the 100-a-day promotion entrants are required to register to NOW and this data will be made available for direct marketing purposes to the NOW partners during their partnership period to Dec 31st 2010.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Likewise if it is learnt that multiple entries have been made, these will be considered a breach of the terms, and only one entry will be permitted, thus being the first entry they made.
15. Winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion without notice as it may reasonably require.
    National Office Week and Jetstream Circus are solely intended to promote office services to an office audience. It will be required that all winning entrants receive their prize to their office address. The failure to supply an office address will be considered a breach of the terms and conditions for entry.
