YOU are applying for someone else!
Can this actually be done? Wouldnt it constitute a breach of the Act if the CSA was to provide the information? When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0 -
You cannot apply for someone elses personal data. It would be a breach of the act if anyone provided you with such information.Beth

No they don't, if there is information provided by a 3rd party they have to have that persons permision to share, or if it is considered detremental to the person, cause harm to i.e. physically/mentally, they can withhold it.Beth

yeah thats fine, dont care about info concerning pwc.just want all of his info!thanks to all0

I'm sure that someone will be along soon to tell me I'm entirely wrong lol, but AFAIK if you've paid the £10 fee the CSA will send you copies of any electronic records that do not also include details of another person, such as a peson that your husband may have been paying maintenance to (they may desensitive documents to remove other peoples details, but I'm not sure). They will also send copies of some hard copy, though again, not if it contains anyone elses info, and probably not if it has been archived as it is unreasonably expensive to retrieve.
EDIT - D'oh I should have been 5 mins quicker typing!0 -
CSA should send all relevant documentation that they hold in relation to your husbnds case, except some may be deleted,or edited where a 3rd party details are included (PWC).
If you suspect any documents are missing, complain to CSA Data ProtectionUnit and involved ICO who will investigate on your behalf0
