Hah, so it's not just me.
Though, in this case, he's right. The net lending comment wasn't there this morning. I went looking to see if I could find any reference to net lending or reduced remortgaging and there wasn't any.
It's a Press Association story, and the agencies update stories constantly, so I wonder if the Indie just updates stories as the new versions come in.What goes around - comes around0 -

But as soon as I read it I thought it was down to remortgages, can't believe when people see it they cant put 2 and 2 together, we see it nearly every month since base rate has dropped.
