Hah, so it's not just me.

Though, in this case, he's right. The net lending comment wasn't there this morning. I went looking to see if I could find any reference to net lending or reduced remortgaging and there wasn't any.

It's a Press Association story, and the agencies update stories constantly, so I wonder if the Indie just updates stories as the new versions come in.

If that is the case, I will now believe if another has confirmed.

But as soon as I read it I thought it was down to remortgages, can't believe when people see it they cant put 2 and 2 together, we see it nearly every month since base rate has dropped.

But of far greater concern, why can't we ignore GD!!!:)

Never heard of the edit button? Of course you haven't. Either post all the facts or stay away because you and all the crashaholic ghouls are messing with peoples lifes and finances. And all for what, so you can pick up a house on the cheap from an unemployed repossessed hardworking family thrown to the wolves on the street? Vile.

How can you be unemployed and hardworking at the same time?

Why are you more likely to end up on the streets if the value of your house drops?
