trying to get everything together before they ask for it .Can any one say please how many years bank statements and credit card bills do you get asked to supply to OR when you have interview. How long is it usually from court date untill you see OR.
I was just wondering as my husband is being made bankrupt on Friday should i close joint account (there is no money in it and not overdrawn)before then .The only conection i will have to the bankrupcy is a joint loan with natwest for £7,000. i know iam liable for this but can carry on paying the monthly ammount.i have my own bank account with them can they close it although im not on the bankrupcy.i have opened another bank account just incase.
Sorry for going on but questions keep poping into my head glad when its over my husband (64yrs) not to well because of all stress.

trying to get everything together before they ask for it. Can any one say please how many years bank statements and credit card bills do you get asked to supply to OR when you have interview. It really depends, I only needed to supply 2yrs but they can go back 6. If you don't have them, then don't worry as the OR can recover them from the banks etc. How long is it usually from court date untill you see OR. Depends on how busy they are. He'll have a quick chat with Or's office on phone at the court, then the telephone interview can be up to 4 weeks later. Mine was 4.5 weeks.

Wouldn't hurt as you've made other arrangements. then can go back as far as they want to if they suspect anything...so even further than 6yrs if neededWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
We had to supply 12 months of statements and our telephone interviews were 2 weeks after court day.
Sorry I cant help with the bank account queries, hopefully someone willl be along soon to help you.
And just to say, sorry your husband has not been well with all the stress. BR is an awful time and your emotions are put through the shredder, but life does improve and you start to cope better with it all. Good luck.
