It gets refused but thats because Quidco report at as an known problem with the system, it does pay out, I ordered some stuff on Ebuyer 3 weeks ago and a week ago the problem was corrected despite it previously saying refused.
"**This will immediately track in as declined because of a reporting anomaly. The status should change after 6 weeks or so to pending if everything is okay with your purchase."
