Repairing blind vanes

We have some metal vertical blinds and the vanes are broken (some where the actual vanes are broken - others when the wee part that holds the vane is broken).
I have no idea where to get these repaired - any ideas? Preferably somewhere in or close to Belfast where we could leave them in morning time and pick them up in the afternoon.
Any ideas on cost too?
