Hi,
At the risk of asking a question thats been asked a million times....
Can I refreeze some lamb thats already been cooked and frozen?
I have some left over roast lamb thst I froze so my DH wouldn't eat it and I'd like to make it into a pie.
Can I defrost it, make it into a pie and then freeze it again?
Cheers

I definitely wouldn't risk it, it isn't worth it. Make it into a pie to eat straight away and it'll be fine, but don't freeze it again0

i second above. most large kitchens in catering environments have crash cooling fridges which can cool the temperature of food in minutes and this is the ideal way to cool warm meat safely
