hi, I worked for a company called connaughts who went into administration,KPMG took over to sell the assets (CONTRACTS ETC),they sold my contract (blackpool)where i worked to a firm called lovells.The bit i need advise on is that one ive not been paid any wages fom the new firm which i started work two weeks ago,i have probaly lost my week i hand from connaughts,two we was suppoesd to have been TUPE over to lovells but i have not had any correspodence with anyone at all no phone calls,letters or e-mails.For over two weeks i have ben going to blackpool in my van from wigan which cost me 50 pounds a week,going o my old office and signing in as usual (there are 27 more staff doing the same)with no wages to cover any costs.we have not seen anyone from either company and any time soon will be kicked out of our office because we dont have the contract anymore(the contract was shared out to two over rival companys)i am getting some legal advice next week about un fair dismissal,i was just wondering if you thought it was worth going ahead and if you had any advice ,cheers. tony.
