Cake decorating supplies Central Belt
Ive googled and found a few places in Glasgow but dont have any recommendations for places to try. Im not needing anything too fancy, just like baking every now and then and Ive got my daughters birthday cake to make soon.
Anywhere between Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling is withing easy travelling distance for me.

Lakeland, have you tried there? There was also a lovely wee shop on Clarkston Road, but I don't know if its still there. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

If you're through Dundee way any time there's a shop in Broughty Ferry ( just outside Dundee) that specialises in cake making stuff. It's called the cake guru, she makes gluten free cakes too, not been in for anything yet, I don't really bake much.;)Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

The shop on Clarkston road is still there, it is called Creative Cakes and is great for all the little bits and pieces you might need. The staff are also very helpful and the prices are a good bit cheaper than Hobbycraft although this might be more handy for you, it's at the Fort Shopping centre on the M8 near Easterhouse. I have also found various bits and bobs in TK Maxx from time to time although this is very sporadic but I would definitely recommend it for baking tins, way cheaper than Lakeland. Happy baking!0

Have you had a look in Sainsbury's they have a good selection of cake stuff not sure if the link will work but have a look here it should take you to the Sainsburys home baking section on mysupermarket, it may not all be in your local one though. I recently got a lovely pink cardboard cake tower for a few pound.
ETA scroll down the page, the stuff at the top is cake mixes but different bits&bobs further down.Booo!!!0 -
Never thought about Sainsburys actually as the one near us is only a wee local one but will be at Braehead at the weekend so will have a look ta0
