  • I simply stopped paying my creditors directly. CCCs will send you a pay-in-slip for the post office which you pay across the counter ( this is done for your 1st payment) then you can set up a D/D with them and it comes out on the 1st of every month. When they receive this amount they will then distribute it amongst your creditors.

Don't pay any money to your creditors this month only pay CCCs the amount you have agreed. You can send them a token payment if you like to keep them relatively happy. They will hear from CCCs pretty soon regarding your situation so i don't think they will be expecting any payment from you until oct/nov.

    Does this help?

has such a big difference meant you've had loads of hassle from your creditors?

I don't think we have had any more hassle than anybody else, but it was VERY worrying at first, nearly all the creditors have now accepted their offers,we have been 100% honest with them from day one and our SOA is not over the top,so I think they know they can't have any more than we have offered. We are now in a position to up the payment a bit and have another appointment booked with Payplan to sort this, onwards and upwards :D
