Hey all I'm kinda new to this so apologies if it's in the wrong place,
I recently checked my credit score on Creditexpert and was shocked to have 12 missed payments in the last year from a Barclays young person account I had when I was younger. Creditexpert show that I'm £21 O/D. To be honest I thought this account was closed so now I'm worried that my credit score is going to be seriously damaged because of this?
I have no idea how I could of gone over drawn on a young person account as I was told I couldn't? I also don't know why Barclays haven't simply asked for their £21? Because I wouldn't of damaged my credit score over £21!
What do you think I should do?
Also How long do missed payments stay on your credit record?
Thanks, Dan

pay off £21, and close the account for sure.
