Knightsbridge Financial - help?

I am attempting to help a family friend sort his monies out, he has various debts all over the place but one that worries me is a DMP with Knightbridge Financial?

I had never heard of them as someone who administers DMP's so asked him and apparently they charge him £20 a month for the pleasure. I have asked him to find out how he can get out of it so he can be set up on one through CCCS or Payplan (or someone that doesn't make profit from him having debts) but he doesn't seem to know much about it.

Can anyone advise whether it is possible to get out of this or if he will face paying charges to get out of it? Any information would help really, these people don't seem to have a website that is of any use.

Josie - Without knowing what he has signed up for it is difficult to say. Google doesn't bring up anything useful.

I would suggest that they look through the paperwork and at least find out the full name of the company. They need to look at the terms and conditions of their contract. If they don't have any paperwork, then they need to ask for them.

Think he's gonna have to do that, he split up with his girlfriend and literally packed a bag and just left so I doubt he's got any paperwork. Will get him to call them on Monday.
