A note for the mods - I am getting medical treatment but I want to try a bit of self help as well
Can anyone suggest the cheapest place to get those Seaband bracelets that help with travel sickness and nausea? I can easily reach most chain stores, I live in London and can travel to an independent shop or I'm happy to shop online.
Any tips welcome, tx in advance.

Ebay motion sickness bands
Although these are dirt cheap they look just like the ones my partner uses for coach travel or long car journey's. Looks like they work in other sickness scenarios as well

does anyone have any experience with these? I got horrific motion sickness in the car, although not on trains or boats, and only mild on planes.. something about the car really does it to me!0

hi I tried these whilst preggie with my first. They did nothing to help with the morning sickness. I would send them to you, but I think I threw them away in disgust!
Try them anyway, everyone is different.

i wear travel bands and so does my mum. I love them. They are fab but they do not work on morning sickness only motion. I am so crap at travelling that last week whilst in france I was on my lilo in the pool and after 10 mins I was throwing up at the side of the pool due to the movement of the water ( how bad is that?) yet with my bands I went from our house to airport flew to Nice and transfer to villa with no sickness, They are fab
Ps you can get them from Boots

I did it because I did find the Seabands reasonably effective for morning sickness, but found the 'proper' Seabands uncomfortable when I wore them for more than about 10 minutes.
the home made ones weren't as good as the real thing, but didn't cut off the circulation to my hands! :rotfl:Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Excellent for me whilst pregnant twice - had hyperemesis so anythings was worth a shot - the only problem being as I worked on labour ward at the time - the gloves that we wear for performing examinations didn't cover them up, and so had to wear the types of gloves that coma all the way up yr arm. Got mine from boots £6 ish.0
