i thought it was just my local one (arnold) as they are closing for a refit - glad its nationwide i can go to a bigger store tommorrow now

anybody else had trouble getting bonus points from Tescos ?

Last December I signed up for Tesco Home Phone which included a bonus of 2000 clubcard points - it took me half a dozen phone calls to eventually receive the bonus points in August.

Last May I bought a TV with 1000 bonus points included - I'm still trying to have theses added to my account after 4 phone calls - they are going to phone me back when its sorted ??

have I been unlucky or are they really this cr*p ?

are they hoping I'll just give up ??
