The complaint usually works and you get a money card for the refused coupon.
Were you buying the product on the coupon?
CWxx:)
I printed a voucher for a free airwick candle from the Freebie forum.
The woman on the till didn't even bother to read the T & C's on the coupon and gave it to a manager who said that they don't accept internet vouchers.
I know from this forum that people always use vouchers they print online, and he said that THAT Tesco doesn't accept. I asked him why a Tesco in Thornton Heath wouldn't accept it but all the other Tesco's around the world would, and he said he didn't know and walked off :mad:0 -

morning everyone
couldnt see this posted, thanks to hibiscus on PTS. there is a pdf coupon on the tumbletots website (sorry cant do a link yet as a newbie) for 50p off Asda great stuff squeezy bugs or Asda 7 cheesy fingers expiry date 31/12/10.
the squeezy bugs are £1 and the cheesy fingers are £1.38, neither seem to be on offer at the moment, may be worth holding on for a bit see if they go on offer
not good news about Tesco stopping taking the internet coupons0 -
.
I'm looking forward to the new year when hopefully they turn the Netto 1 mile from our house into a smallish ASDAIf at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
Im going there this morning so Ill report back if I have any problems, I hope not I have loads to use!! x
Iv just got back, when I handed the coupons over the check out lady said ooooh internet coupons under her breath, she then called a senior person over and said to him these are internet coupons, can we take them, he said yes as long as the customer has bought the product, she then said but they are internet coupons so he called someone on his phone- I assumed the office upstairs who said it was fine to take them.
It seems as theres some confusion between staff, anyway I was happy as I got a total of £10 off.
With the tesco points scheme apparently changing in December and all the difficulty with coupons, I can see me shopping at sainsburys in the very near future!0
