    You can complain to head office, the email address is terry.leahy@uk.tesco.com or if you prefer to write and complain the address is on page 1.

    The complaint usually works and you get a money card for the refused coupon.

    Were you buying the product on the coupon?

    I didnt have any idea of what you were supposed to do, but after fiddling with it for a bit, found that you could click the coupon bit at the bottom of the screen and up with come a form to fill in to enable you to get the coupon.

    Sorry IS, not printed it, not sure if I will or not as have cupboard full to brim and bursting the doors off with Dove stuff that should last a few years,that cost me nowt, but if I see it on offer when I shop ( or m4rtin tells me when he has checked mysupermarket)I'll let you know, but maybe anyone that is def going to get it this week or next could tell you.
