used an airwick coupon yesterday at Sainsburys for free product but didnt realise it hadn't scaned so went back later & supervisor took coupon out of sserve slot & couldn't get it to scan. then she realised it was on offer for £1.50 but still gave me £2.99 cash back rather than £1.50 :), also picked up Yeo youghurts bogof & used 40p off coupon & also made sure that the yogs i picked up still had the 40p coupons (only straberry variety not the ass6rted flavours in my sainsburys)

Totally off topic....hubby was in the front garden the other day and bloke delivering charity bags handed one to him instead of pushing it through the letterbox..hubby placed it on the UPVC window sill and forgot about it...the sill was wet and it rained overnight, resulting in stained window sill with all colours of the rainbow from the plastic bag ...tried everything under the sink and in the garage to remove the stain...even the Finish Rinse Aid did not work...and that has been used to clean the UPVC all year....then remembered had some Daisy Soap Powder in the shed, bought to throw on oil stains from the mower( it did that a treat)This powder cleaned the sill instantly, removing all traces of the stain...I had tried Ariel/Fairy/Bold/Cif/ and lots of other cleaners...nothing touched it ...but the Daisy did...so it must be good for clothing stains too...going to try it in my washer now !!!Best thing is ...it's so blooming cheap!!!

Thanks thats good to know, must get some Daisy when next at T:T. Im a bit peeved today as was expecting a delivery from Asda last night between 7 and 9 which hadnt arrived by 9.30 so I rang and spoke to customer services who said it was on the van so would arrive about 45 mins late. 10.45 pm and it still had not arrived couldnt ring again as office closed so emailed and went to bed at 11. No telephone call or email this morning to apologise so rang again this morning and customer services said they would reorder for tomorrow but the only time they could deliver was between 12 and 2 and I work till 1pm so they said they would book me in and get Manager at local Asda to ring me to arrange for me to be the last drop - this was 11 am this morning and Im still waiting.

Quickly trotted along to local Tesco and got £32 of shopping (as the fridge was bare),for £13 ish so this has cheered me up a bit. Shame we cant eat Airwick products as bathroom cabinet is bulging :rotfl:

My worry with this is, that it would fade the colour out of your washing if its that strong!

I wouldn't use it on colours...just on whites...it must have bleach in..more than the other washing products I tried, even the Ariel Stain Remover didn't work...have a lovely gleaming white sill now though..:j
