I have tested quite a few items and never know if it's value or premium as it's always in plain packaging with just basic info printed on a sticky label...even the clothing has tags removed ......

I've had items that I have known were Value brand [including an iron] but have also on the odd occasion had finest brand items items I think.

Very rarely they do actually have the brand name on them though. [I had a branded toothbrush recently and definitely have tested both Tesco brand and Oust air fresheners in the past]

One of the nicest tests I've were for some "spa quality" body scrubs which were lovely quality and fragrance.

I had some unperfumed soap once. It smelt awful. Once I'd finished the trial I threw it away.:eek:

I once had hair removal cream and it was the best I have ever used...it came with a tube of moisturising finishing cream which was sooo good...I telephoned Tesco Home Panels to ask if it was available to buy and they said once tested and results sent in they had no idea what happens, whether the product is scrapped or will go into the stores..
