    Dear **********

Thank you for your email addressed to my colleague Nikolas McBride. As Nikolas is currently out of the business I have been asked to reply.

I have forwarded your contact details onto our Store Manager, James Sanders, and I am confident he will be in touch with you shortly to arrange a meeting.

I hope this meeting gives you the opportunity to full discuss all your concerns and find a suitable resolution to this matter.

Once again please accept my sincere apologies for the upset this has caused. I do hope that, in time, you will give us the chance to restore your confidence in our operations.

For those that didn't it had a tiny spot about this comp saying that it's been v successful and that Walkers have paid out lots (can't remember amount). Last time I looked on site they said they'd paid 630,000 which is probably a drop in the ocean as far as marketing goes.

anyone do the Magnum comp last year? I belong to a comping club and they won loads between them! And a lot of magnums were bought!

And something was said about Magnum not doing something like this again as think they paid out more than they had expected to!

yay :j I hope they let you back in Gill.

I will soon get banned from my local Sainsbury's! There is an SA who doesn't like me and DS. Yesterday I tried to take a MoC from a bottle of washing up liquid without buying the product , I saw it had a comp and just wanted it for the comp details but didn't want to buy the product. As I took it off, and turned it over realised there was MOC on the back. The SA said to me you can't take that without buying the product as it has MOC. So I took it and bought it, but he sent another SA after me to check that I had bought it as I used the Self Service tills all the time! grrrr

Thanks, this is actually the link for the free candle which I have been trying for weeks on my laptop to get it to print. I even emailed them and complained that although it kept saying I had printed it, I had not. Just gave this link a quick try and lo and behold was able to print 2 coupons for 2 free candles.:T

So was i, after much frustration a while ago. I tried on google chrome instead of ie and it worked so Thank you to all concerned

I'm really fed up with the Walkers comp!
Have missed really rainy days cos already taken and yesterday was convinced both me and DH would win a £10 each as had managed to bag 2 squares near Stornoway, but apparently not . Must have been the only dry place in the whole country yesterday!
Have spent ages looking at weather forecasts in the last two weeks and am amazed at how they differ.
How have you selected your winning sqaures?

This happened to me last Tuesday, the rain was pouring down for most of the morning, my grid spot was within a mile of my house but still I didnt win.

For all those having problems printing coupons:-

    1) if you have already printed it from that computer, chances are you will not get another one..try another computer, but remember most public computers and company coputers will not allow you to install the coupon printer, as you will not have "administrator" rights

    2) if you cannot print from Internet Explore...use Mozilla firefox...free from http://www.mozilla.org/

    Happy couponning!

I know what you mean I was trying to look at the forcast laterly but you were having to chose a day far in front and even when you looked it was completly the opposite by the time that day came around so it really is pot luck but I mainly chose areas like scotland and northern Ireland as they are supposed to be the wettest but that didn't work either since the 9/11 I have been having 2 go's under DH and My email we did have another winner today yet not on the other one and we have been placing very near to each other so there you go. Total 5 wins out of about 35 predictions I never remember where I chose just areas roughly. But its worth persevering if you have predictions left as nothing ventured nothing gained just wished I could see into the future lol
