erMany thanks for any help with my situation
...
I have 5 defaults on my experian report, around £10,000 total. They will i believe disapear from my record after 6 years which is only a few months away. My question is, that i am probably going to let these debts 'vanish' from my records. Does this really mean i would be as credit worthy as I would then appear on my report after these defaults are no longer 'visible'?
I will shortly be earning enough to build up my credit score and apply for credit / mortgage after these defaults have been taken off my credit file. My main concern is in getting a mortgage, in the short term future, so i need to know whether i should just leave these debts to 'vanish' then go ahead for a mortgage, after building my crdedit score up again. it may seem obvious to do this, but i am still concernded re. the debts even after 6 years is up, especially as it will be a mortgage i will be applying for.
