My pal Mrs B pays out over £80 a week to this company, she is desperately short of money, robbing Peter scenario.
I know this is different to normal credit aggreements, but can you enter a Debt relief order without goods being taken back?

I think you may need to get advice from one of the debt charities on that. Since Bright House is essentially hp it can get a bit complicated, how long does she have left to go on the agreement and do you know how much she has paid off so far? If she is near the end she would have a such better chance of being able to sort an agreement with them to keep the items.0

It does as you say seem to be more complex than normal credit agreements. I'm not sure how far into the repayment she is.
Yes a debt charity would be the best way - thanks0 -
