What is a GAIN?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

ha oh right sorry, a GAIN is when they have put info on your credit report saying you have left the address and not informed the company, making it look as though you moved to avoid the debt
capital one put this one when i hadnt in fact moved0 -
Ok
Then you use the Data Protection Act to demand that Cap 1 keep correct records and that they inform the credit record companies of the correct information. Otherwise, you report them to the Information Commisioner. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
