Problem with I want one of these.....

Sorry dont know if I have posted on right board, so feel free to move it......
I am trying to place an order on I want one of these, as I have a £5 voucher that someone gave the link too on here the other day.
But everytime I try and place an order an error message comes up saying email customer service - when I try and enter my address. This is the last day that the voucher has to be redemmed by, so do you think this might have been done deliberatly to stop people using the voucher?
The site has been like this since about 630pm last night, and I have emailed customer service but as yet have heard nothing

It could well be that the code has been abused and was only meant for certain customers so they want to check before letting it through. This is happening a lot now as companies have caught on to the spreading of codes over the internet.0
