fredrickson international limited

hi need some advice ive been on a dmp for over a year which i have been managing myself most have which my debts have gone to debt collecters & has been fairly straight forward to manage till now. I had 2 accounts with nationwide 1 with a overdraft of just under £300 & 1 for just under £650 these were taken on by kpr debt collection who i presume are nationwides in house debt collecters i sent a budget sheet to them and an offer to pay them £10 a month inline with my dmp that was in august & have been sending them a cheque for the past 2 months which they have cashed, but i havent heard from them regarding it.Anyway 0n 3rd september i had a letter from fredrickson intl ltd saying i must contact them immediatly regarding 1 of my accounts the one i owe the most with. so i wrote explaining my situation & that i was paying kpr but was happy to set up a standing order with them inline with my dmp. But today i got a letter from fredrickson intl ltd not aknoweledging my letter but i presume a standard letter they send threating court action unless i pay the full cost in 7 days which i obviously cant do. Ive drafted a letter saying i had wrote to them previously & that i would continue to deal with kpr as they had not told me to pay fredrickson. But am i doing the right thing in continuing to pay kpr ???or should i try & set a plan with fredrickson as i could do without more money being added to my debt or is that just a threat.????
sorry for the long post
