How do you actually contact these people?

I have tried ringing and ringing and need some urgent help but can't get anyone!!! Can you help?

I just had a bad experience with ACAs helpline...i was asking for advice regarding my redundancy situation...i was just told ' sorry unfortunatlely you are in a bad position.' I dint know that they dont give advice regarding what to do in cases like mine....how to prove that the job is suitable to get redundancy pay... It is not much either help now especially with the anxiety and stress i'm in.

I was told that they only give general advice..but why was it not told in a respectful kind of way ?????

Sorry for venting...i'm just losing my hopes now.....

Hi yes my other half did!! we were told the onlynumber we can get help on is the 0845 number which you can't get through on!!! grr
