1. This promotion is open to UK & ROI residents except employees of the Promoter and their families and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Entrants must obtain parental/guardian’s permission if under 16.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To be in with a chance of winning, simply complete the online form, correctly answering the question. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

3. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.

4. Maximum of one entry per person during the whole promotion. No entrant may win more than one prize.

5. The competition will run from midnight September 16th until midday October 15th 2010. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received during this period.

6. There are five Good Shopping Gift Set prizes on offer. Each prize contains a Good Shopping Guide, eco mug, Bodum cafetiere, award winning tea (Everyday x 125g and English breakfast x 125g), award winning coffee (Machu Picchu x 227g and Kilimanjaro x 227g) and award winning hot chocolate (San Cristobal x 250g).

7. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the date of the draw and must claim the prize within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.

9. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. This competition is open to Friends of Caf!direct only. Entrants who have not joined Friends of Caf!direct can sign up before submitting their entry.

11. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Names of the winners can be obtained by contacting the promoter at the address below within four weeks of the final closing date.
