Early discharge??

I recieved a letter about a month ago about an early discharge at 6 months I have been br for 6 months on the 26th sep and I havnt heard anything yet I'm guessing I havnt been discharged? I had no leftover income to give to the or and I owed 16.000 when goin br



Also what's the best way to build my credit I don't want to get any credit yet just wondering what's the best way as i owed money to most creditors

This happened to us too, we went bankrupt december 09, got a letter around early may saying we could possibly be discharged early, didnt hear anything at all for about 7-8 weeks, when suddenly we recieved some signed letters saying we had been discharged earlier that week. So i am sure you will hear something soon.

I have no idea about the credit clean up thing as haven't done it, not really sure why it's necessary as i don't ever want any type of credit again and i am sure that as bankrupt will remain on the reports for 6 years we wouldn't get credit even if we wanted it. Try searching for threads here i am sure you find lots of useful info.

Thanks for the reply congrats on the discharge I can't wait to be discharged I'm 21 and it's been a long process just looking forward to living my life properly and never ever again am
