  • I'm gonna find my alien I put it in the loft when I bought the house but have since had my son and another boy on the way so I need to be finding it.
    Make £11,000 in 2011 challenge - £120/£11,000
  • Also to keep with the alien theme we have going on here, i couldnt resist buying a alien "squashy washy" from sainsburys on friday. They are selling these at boots online for £5 each and in 3 for 2, but not giving you any choice of character.

In sainsburys they are £3 each and in 3 for 2, they had buzz and woody and my favourite alien :) maybe this will help someone? they are on the sainsburys website if you want to have a look but i cant post a link because im a newbie!!

I personally dont think they are value for money at all,I looked at them in an argos a few weeks ago,i asked to see them before buying them because i wasnt sure on the size and im glad i did. I ended up buying individual figures from the disney store instead. Theyre roughly between £4 and £8 each but some of them, like the lotso one actually do something (his face changes from happy to sad when you push his tummy) I got 5 different ones for £32. Which is a bit dearer than that set but they are all around 6" big which was a lot bigger than the ones in that set IMO.
Everyone is different though, ask to have a look in store at them, your opinion could be totally different to mine :)

Lol I have images of the scene in "The Santa Clause" where the Nice / Naughty list gets delivered, by FedEx, in about a zillion boxes!!
  • Just had an email from the entertainer to say Lotso bear (the talking one) is back in stock. checked the website and is at 44.99
Dont get paid until 26th grrr!
  • which is better the Andy's Toy Chest Buzz or the Jet Pack Buzz?

Andys Toy Chest one is great, interactive and full of special features. We managed to grab one at Asda back a few months when they were £25.

Although, my little boy has a programmable Buzz Robot coming from Santa (Nannie and Bampi) lol. Mummy is very excited!

Ooooo no! Im soooooooooooo tempted now! I paid £50 for the deluxe one in tesco with the added utility belt a few weeks ago,if i would of known this was going to be this cheap at argos i would of waited. I might talk to OH later and see if he wants to return the other one and get this one instead. For £99.99 its much better!!

EDIT - Here is the link for anyone who wants to see http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3885851/Trail/searchtext%3EBUZZ+LIGHTYEAR.htm
