Just thought i would say that i get married a month today - i'm soooooo excited its unbelivable.:j
I also tried my dress on again which i was worrying about, as the last time i did it was still a bit tight and i was finding it hard to breathe let alone do anything else in it. And...... guess what it fit perfectly - i'm over the moon, can't get this silly smile off my face. I've been doing spin twice a week at the gym, and really making an effort with the weight watchers diet and it looks as though it has actually paid off so i'm over the moon. The only thing i'm a little stressed about it getting to the point where the dress is too big, as i still want to continue with what i'm doing.... i ordered the '30 day shred' dvd this morning with the intention of doing that every day until the wedding, but as i said i'm a little concerned that if i do my dress will no longer fit.
but in all a really good day for me yey :T

Are you having a dress fitting at all?
Also, whats spin like at the gym? I've been considering going but it looks a bit intimidating! I'm such a wuss haha

awww thanks guys - no dress fitting, so not sure what to do, never mind i'll work something out may be lose the weight i want then stuff myself with cream cakes the night before the wedding lol
Spin is amazing - i'm totally hooked, the instructer is a demon and really gets you working. I was unsure the first time i tried it, even more unsure after the class had finished but i'm now hooked and hate missing classes.
I do a 45 min class, and also a 30 min class - to be honest the 30 min class is harder as they get you working at high intensity for a shorter amount of time (if that makes sense). You don't have to try and keep up with everyone in the class, although the instructer will tell you when to change the resistance on the bike, you can change it to suit your fitness levels, or take it off if it gets too much - i'm not going to lie, but it definitly hurts, and you'll defo feel it the next day - i wasn't able to sit down comfortably for a week when i first started.0 -
It is all getting very exciting! Well done for getting in your dress! x0

congrats on getting comfortably in to your dress

and on a spinning note - invest in a good gel seat cover if your planning on sticking to the classes it makes a real difference to how your butt feels the next day :rotfl:0 -
