N9A Form. What is it?

Just got a letter today, addressed to my brother with N9A faintly visible inside.. He doesn't live here anymore, (moved back for a bit when he moved out of his house). He's over 30, i'm under 20.

I'm worried it might be serious, and there will be no way to pay it off.

Also, it says Defendant in black above his name.

I won't open the letter, that isn't for me to do. Just worrying this might put him out of business, though I have no idea why someone would file a claim against him?

I'll take the letter to him tomorrow for him to check it out.. Just need some information on all this..

Baz.
