Picture Finance to Target

Hey,

Can anyone help..............

I took a loan out with picture in 2006 for £36000 and then PPI of £7000. I just called them to see if i could cancel the PPI but was told i couldn't as i had, had a bonus cheque from them in may. The call operator, then said that picture had gone into administration 2 years ago and my loan was being managed by a company called Target!!! i've never had a letter to state this and when i said how did that work as wouldn't i have to sign a new agreement with a new company he just said no my information had all been handed over. I'm really confussed about it all can anyone help please x
