case passed to RTLU?

hi all

Went br in june, have had a letter today to tell me that it has been passed onto the RTLU / what can I expect to happen next?

  • Please forgive me for being stupid. Doesnt the OR deal with any assets? Does that mean that if i sort out any assets with the OR at the begining the RTLU might come after them again? My dad is going to pay the BI in my car so I can keep it. If the OR arrange this is this arrangment not then set in stone?

    RTLU is part of the OR's office, so nothing to worry about.

    My husband got passed to the RTLU 5 months after our BR.

    We heard nothing at all from them until about 6 weeks before Automatic Discharge when they sent out a new SOA form for him to fill in. Sent that back and never heard anything further.
