How do I turn a pile of clothes into a proper 'wardrobe'?

  • Hi, just interested in this thread myself. I never put away clothes every season because some of them I wear all year round - ie t-shirts can still be worn under cardies in the Winter if you want to layer your clothes if its hot in the office etc so they are useable all year round. How do you plan these items into a seasonal wardrobe?

Me neither. Except for summer skirts that are very flimsy. The rest I wear all year round. Summer dresses I put with thick tights, boots and a cardi. Summer tops I wear under a cardi or jumper with trousers/skirts.

I've spent the past few days sorting out my wardrobes, took loads of stuff to the charity shop, sewed on buttons and co-ordinated different outfits.
  • Life has never been easier than when I went to House of Colour and had my personal colours done and then worked out what style of clothes suited me the best. Best investment I have ever made. Check out their website. These guys are the best in the market... they really know their stuff (investors in people). After all ... how many things have you never even taken the labels off in your wardrobe... tot it up and invest in getting this done.. you will save £££!! You don't even have to have a wardrobe for winter and summer.. it pretty much works all year round.. And you will always look good in your colours!

Check them out and find a consultant in your area...

    Have fun.. !
