Ciao -> Toluna transfer. Has your account migrated yet?

Has anyone who was a member of Ciao had their account migrated to Toluna yet?

I can't access ciao any more, just get a page sending me to toluna, but I get the message that I'm not yet migrated to Toluna. I've contacted them several times and always get the message that they've sorted it out, but they haven't. The last contact I got from them said that they were still migrating accounts and it would be a day or two... last week.

Anyone had any luck with their account?

I was also wondering how many (or few) points we were getting to the £ in this transfer. Luckily I've been taking screen shots of all my Ciao account pages and lists of surveys completed in case things "go missing" in the transfer.

  • Hiya,

I've had exactly the same problem. I just keep getting transferred between the two websites and being told my login details don't exist!

Luckily I hadn't really done much on Ciao so I'm not missing out on much so I'm just giving up!
    2019 will be my year!!

    For Ciao Members…

    By Toluna Dear Members,
We are aware that during this transitional period, many of our members have been experiencing log-in issues not being able to log into the Ciao site or Toluna involving a “non-migration” error message. Our teams have been working hard and the issue is now fixed.
Those of you who only had a Ciao account please login as usual on the Ciao site until it will be closed within a few days. Only then, you will have to login on Toluna with the password and username you have chosen.
    Kind Regards,
    The Toluna Team

  • ive got 4.41 on my ciao so it best get transferred over!
  • Anyone else on the Toluna side having problems? I had LOADS of surveys waiting to have points credited. They were taking that long I've stopped doing surveys until the other points are put on. I've just logged in and it say's no data available under my survey history! I really hope I get the points as there were about 20 outstanding surveys that needed crediting.

I'm guessing it's all because of the merge that's it taking so long

  • ive also had problems getting surveys credited by toluna. Ive filled in their complaints form a few times. the first was end of july but heard nothing back yet. So ive also stopped doing the surveys until i hear back.

  • Hello.... any suggestions, I log in to Ciao and have over 80 quid in there but the site now hangs when i try and download it. I thought it would automatically be converted to Toluna points, but when I log in there it tells me my account has not been migrated. Any suggestions - where did you guys find the forms to fill out?

To those who have been locked out of your Ciao account.
I couldn't log in and thought it was because Ciao were no more, so waited to get transferred to Toluna. BUT all that has happened is they have changed the passwords, so if you request a password to your email account a temporary password will be sent to you so you can log into Ciao, then change it to a new one. I now have access to my Ciao page so I can check that surveys I've done have been logged. I still can't get to claim any money yet even though there's enough to get a £10 voucher <sigh, not money now>.

Just checked and my account has been transferred to Toluna now!!

I've been looking at my points and I think that they have transferred them over at the rate 80000 =£15. Of course they've rounded down wherever they could, but on the whole I think I've been credited properly. Now I've got to wait an age to get my evoucher which other survey sites manage to send you immediately but heyho that's Toluna for you.

    How did you fare??
