hi, has anyone else won with visitscotland? i won a whole package with lots of things including hotel, spending money, days out, balloon ride but am finding it very difficult to claim the prize, managed to book the hotel room throught the number given on the letter after a month but they play dumb when asked about the rest of the prize and say they only book the hotel?

I won with Visit Scotland and found them very helpful. Could the contact who sent the letter not help you out? I know the lady who wrote to me booked the hotel for me and then gave me the contact details of the company to book my sightseeing tour with.

I won a break with visit Scotland last year and to be honest they couldnt have been more helpful. They booked everything for us and even threw in a few extras like a hotel upgrade. Perhaps have a chat with them again, just expalin the problems you are having. Hope you get it sorted.
