All you have to do is solve our prize crossword on page 19 of this week's issue of Waitrose Weekend, and the shaded squares will spell out the prize word, which is an ingredient from Heston's latest recipe.

    I don't have the mag but think the answer is A he was just on T.V. making a dish using pancetta

    Pancetta, spaghetti, garlic and peas are all ingredients in this week's recipe (Pea and Pancetta spaghetti) which can be viewed by clicking on 'Heston's latest recipe' in the OP.

    Oops sorry pancetta was the only one I remembered and I got excited when I saw it on the T.V.

    Its not going to be peas though the word will be too short
  • I'll be going past a Waitrose tomorrow evening so can pick up a copy if noone can before then.

    The answer is Peas. I havn't done the crossword but there's only four shaded squares so it has to be!!
