YouGov survey points not showing?

I am getting very near to cashing out at YouGov - but several times recently, my points are not showing up after a survey that I've completed. Last time this happened I emailed them and it took around 2 weeks for them to respond and, guess what? By then the missing points appeared!
I did a survey yesterday about kitchens - and - no points credited! If they had credited me with my points I would now be 50 points short of the 5000 needed.
Anyone else having these problems?

I've usually found You Gov to be quite slow in giving you the points. I didn't realise I'd reached the threshhold for a while as I had several surveys' points appear at once even though there was quite a long time between doing them. I'm now over £40 again but don't expect to reach payout for a while as YouGov only seem to offer me the non paid ones these days.

Iv never had any trouble with You Gov and when i eventully got to £50 it was paid quickly.
Personnally they are one of the best around. At least when you get a survey you know that you will finish it and not be told a few miniutes in you dont qualify

This has just happened to me and I'm really annoyed. It's taken me something stupid like 4 years to almost reach payout. It was really, really slow going for the first three or so years but lately it had picked up and I was getting surveys quite regularly - until recently. I'm literally at 4950 points, the last survey I did was for 50 points and it didn't get credited to my account so I've emailed them about it three times but they haven't replied... and the only surveys I've been invited to since are the oracle surveys. It's like they do it on purpose!

Yes, Thriftymanc - this is happening to me - I've mailed them and no answer yet- they owe me 50 points and my account stands at 4950!!!!
How can we NOT be suspicious of their motives? Most surveys are credited immediately I finish them (I always check now) - but every now and then they don't credit me (don't know how many times this may have happened in the past when I wasn't checking). We know there are some surveys that don't give points - and I don't mind that - I just want to be credited for what I do do.
