CSA old rules and phasing

Hi just curious....how does it work on old rules that is bein phased to the new amount ..i know for each year it could go up or down till it meets the required amount on the new system...but what happens if a new case is started..will after the new assessment..will the Csa put the old rules that being phased on to the new system right away or will they still have to phase to the new amount...

You will be moved to the new system, with the speed of a striking slug! If you have a new case opening then you can get all cases moved to the new system but will take time, may be 5 years! However it is said that CSA3 is coming out next year, I can hear the collective sigh from hear, what more chaos!!!
You can apply for your case to be moved but all of the staff changes due next month due to Gov cutbacks, when it will happen is anyone guess!
