who to ask for advice?

Hi there
wondering if anyone can help at present I have a loan with picture paying £489 per month secured on house I also have a mortgage with accord (interest only ) @ £1039 & a loan with northern rock paying £200 per month, myself & my husband earn reasonably good money yet each month these debts are making us skint, my mortgage is tied in til 2012 but as rates are so low I was wondering if its poss to add picture loan onto mortgage and pay less? is it likely to be something they would do? i have also trashed my credit rating by going on a dmp & part settling debts. If no one can help on here perhaps you could point me in the direction of someone who can , do i contact accord or get an ifa

thanks in advance
J

If your credit file is trashed, you won't get a remortgage at a good rate. You will be charged a premium.

You may be better off struggling short term to clear the loan rather than add it to a mortgage which you will be paying for quite some time - not to mention the interest over the years.

Quite a lot of what you're asking is answered here >> Debt Problems: What to do & where to get help
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(
