question re a ccj

hiya there i have a strange query

i had a ccj (decree scottish version issued against me last year from a very dodgy garage who screwed me over, basically it wasnt my fault the guy was a crook and i paid this off 6 days after the ccj.

however when i got my credit report last month
this isnt listed on it.
i looked out the paperwork and basically they have spelt my name wrong on it.

my last name is Johnson and they have spelled it Johnston
any advice on this? what should i do? does it still affect my credit

Your CCJ won't show on your credit file if you pay it in full within 30 days.

If you paid it off 6 days after it was issued, don't worry.

I don't know about the mis-spelt name, sorry.

thanks for the reply. what i meant to say was i didnt know about the 30 day things at the time, i paid it off 6 days after the 30 days
