Here they are:

1. Opening date is 2nd September 2010 and the closing date is 31st October 2010. No entries shall be accepted after the closing date. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and illegible or altered entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
2. Open to persons aged 18 or over, who are residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Competition is specifically closed to employees of Cotswolds and Ski amad!, any associated companies, and their families.
3. There will be one prize of a voucher for 3 nights half-board accommodation in a 3* hotel in the Ski amad! region in Austria for four people including ski passes. The voucher is valid in the winter season 2010/2011. Only one voucher can be used per booking and the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. When booking your accommodation please quote voucher upon reservation. Flights are not be included in the prize.
4. The winner of the prize will be drawn at random from all entries received. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email or post within thirty (30) days of the closing date with further details of how to claim their prize.
5. The draw will be made by an independent person and the Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner agrees to take part in post-Competition publicity at the request of Ski amad!.
6. The prize may be altered or varied at the Promoter’s sole discretion and substituted with prizes which, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, are suitable alternatives. All prizes are subject to availability. No cash alternative is available and the prizes are non-transferable. Once the booking is made general cancellation terms and condition apply.
7. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
8. By entering this Competition entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
