Cash Back hasnt tracked

I have bought two items recently using TopCashBack earing myself about £100 in cash back.

One item has not tracked and I have put in a claim and the second isnt looking too promising.

I've never had any problems before but its such a big amount (which of course influenced my purchasing decision).

Is there anything further I can do except put in a claim?

Thanks!

I have one from November last yr, but thats the company trying to worm their way out of paying. Make a claim as normal and then after about 3 months contact TCB about it with a nudge. I had a skype not track and got it after 4 months.

  • Basically all you can do is put in a claim then the nudge after some time if it doesn' appear. I had this with car insurance a couple of years back and TCB never did get the cashback through for me though they kept trying. I tend to look at the cashback as a bonus and still go for the cheapest now rather than assuming it will definately go through, having said that, have had no other problems with any other companies.

Click4warranty. <£300 for 3 years gold warranty cash back should be £30

  • Well if you purchased because of the discount you could threaten to break the contract as not all conditions met. You'd be on poor ground legally unless you could prove they did it on purpose, technically nothing to do with your contract with them.
