during the checkout. after putting delivery address in etc but before making payment if that makes sense there is a box to put code in

Well I've cleared my cookies, tried different browsers and even tried a different bank card and it STILL says there is an error with my card!!! Grrrrrr! Maybe I should try opening another Clarks account. Is there a limit on how many pairs of shoes you can buy? I have placed 3 seperate orders.

EDIT: I have now opened another account and I still can't place an order.

Ordered last night but no confirmation email - usually they come in pretty quick - hope this doesnt mean a problem.

I could not enter by bank details and I tried 15 times! I know this because I phoned my bank to check if my account had been blocked and they said it hasn't. Weird??? Anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

Sometimes strange things happen to me when using Explorer. Tend to use Moxilla Firefox when ordering on line now as it seems to be less problematic.
