How much of my mortgage should I pay off

I'm coming to the end of a 2 year fixed rate mortgage. The outstanding balance is approx 130k. I have 120k sitting in investment funds. I generally work on the basis that I can get 15%-17% growth on my investments in a year. So I'm wondering what my approach should be towards paying off my mortgage asap. How much of the mortgage should I pay off now, if I think I can be mortgage free in 2 years should I go for a 2 year fixed rate mortgage or go variable. There are quite a few variables here so I'd appreciate some ideas.
Thanks
