Varying DEO's by N245 suspension/variation warrant

I posted this earlier on the enforcement update, but thought I would create a new thread. Can anyone tell me whether a suspension/variation warrant form N245 from the local court be used to vary any repayment demands put in place, such as DEO’s at 40% from salary? Presumably, the CSA would also have to attend each hearing regardless of whether the court varied the terms?

DEOs do not require a court in any way, so you can't stop them from taking up to 40% of salary.0

Sorry but she is correct, on DEO's they are above the Law!0
