Would anyone be so kind as to recommend a bank/ instant access savings account that could be opened hassle free within a month of discharge?
( I already have a cashminder account and barclays was a creditor so don't want to go with them).
Any suggestions greatly received as I'm desperate to build up an emergency fund as ageing car keeps playing up!!!
Many Thanks! :T

Thanks philnicandamy and for all your words of wisdom in times gone by.
I'm fine thank you and amazed anyone noticed I've not been around.
Been busy with the kids over school holidays. Had no money but just great spending time with them. Had early discharge letter on first day of school holidays and kids thought I had gone mad jumping round the living room. It was SUCH a relief especially compared to how bad things were this time last year. Just glad I managed to keep BR from my Dad before he died.
Many thanks again
